Mr. O. Arivazhagan, B.E (Hons.), PMP, CAQ (Capital Projects)

A PMP® and a Honors Graduate in Civil Engg from University of Madras, has in
total 22 years of professional experience in Domestic & International
EPC/Turnkey Projects and Software projects. He has Managed, Estimated,
Designed, Planned, Tendered, Coordinated, Executed projects in various
capacities and has handled projects in Industrial, Power sector/ Software
fields worth more than US$ 100 millions in countries including India, Saudi
Arabia and UAE. He has developed /managed software projects for the
automation of Industrial structures, Foundation design, Preprocessors for
Tower Analysis, CAD fabrication drawings in Auto LISP/VBA/ BASIC. He is an
active member of PMI®, USA. His reviews have been published in the Project
Management Journal of PMI®, USA. He is in the current Board of
Directors of PMI's DPC-SIG www.dpcsig.org/About/DPC-officers.htm in
the capacity of Dy Vice Chair / Director - Marketing & PR for
its Global Marketing. Also Mr. Arivazhagan is one the leaders in the DPC
Leaders' group. He has delivered several lectures on Project Management,
Methods, Tools and Techniques in India, Middle-East, Asia-pacific & USA. He
was trained in PM Tools & Techniques during May '98 at Boston University
Conference, Boston MA, USA. He is an active user of MS Project 2000. He
enjoys Teaching / Training / Consulting and his areas of interests /
specializations are Construction Project Management, Software Project
Management & Event / Movie Projects Management.

An MCA from the American College, Madurai, Jebahar has in total about 5
years of professional experience in Software Projects. Having hands-on
expertise in BPA, E-commerce, E-learning and Retail domains. As team
builder, analyst and technical solutions provider, he has executed and
implemented large scale projects in various domains using state-of-the-art
technologies. His software skills include: C, C++, VB, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET,
JAVA, J2EE, SQL SERVER, ORACLE As a project-oriented person, he has good

Mr. M. Ponraj, B.E

An engineering graduate in computer science and engineering from Madras
University, he has more than 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance. He
has domain knowledge in areas like finance and manufacturing. With hands on
experience in fulfilling customer expectations and quality specifications,
he has deep knowledge in the application and use of automated test tools
like Winrunner, Loadrunner and the test management tool Test Director. He
plays the role of an architect and designer in various testing
methodologies. With participation in Project Management activities, he has
more expertise in software development life cycle, testing life cycle with
special emphasis on Software Quality Assurance (SQA) |
